I have loved gardening since I was given my first patch of mud to play in as a toddler and I have learned, and strongly believe, that a garden can be so much more than a beautiful space. When it is full of colour, scent and movement, it can become a place to add to your well-being in a multitude of ways. 

After I have transformed your garden, it will draw you outside to take a moment of health enhancing fresh air, slow you down as you stop to notice the opening of the latest flower or stoop to smell its gorgeous perfume. Your breathing will ease as you notice the colour of the leaves or listen to the gentle sound as they move in the breeze. Your senses will fill with contentment and the deep pleasure which comes from connecting with Nature and you will be able to take a moment of peace to yourself...
